Photographic Good Time - New Year's Eve 2003 Sugar Hill's E Card for Upside Downside I collect manual typewriters. I’ve always had a fascination with them, kind of like guns, and if you think about it, they’re a lot like guns. The same kind of mechanisms of steel and spring, made by some of the same companies too: Remington and Smith. Must be something in the manufacturing process that lends itself switching back and forth. The pen and the sword did indeed face off, and we just thought it was talk. Who knows what they’ll do with smart weapons? Nothing like the weapons of war to make everyday living so much easier (and a lot less crowded). I collect manual typewriters.
